If you have a Google or Microsoft account, you can log in to StrideLinx Cloud with Log in with Google and Log in with Microsoft instead of entering an e-mail address and password.
Log in with Single Sign-On
To log in with Single Sign-On, no special configuration is needed. All you need is a Google account or a Microsoft account.
- Go to the StrideLinx Cloud login page.
- Click on Log in with Google or Log in with Microsoft.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to log in.

Can Single Sign-On be enforced?
Single Sign-On cannot be enforced. You can always still login with your StrideLinx Cloud account e-mail address and password. We thus recommend to choose a secure password for your StrideLinx Cloud account, even if you intend to always login with Single Sign-On. Instructions: Change or reset your password.
Can Single Sign-On be integrated into Google or Microsoft user management?
Single Sign-On is not integrated with Google or Microsoft user management. Meaning if a user's Google or Microsoft account is no longer available, they can still login with their StrideLinx Cloud account e-mail address and password. Is two-factor authentication (2FA) compatible with Single Sign-On?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) needs to be configured in your Google or Microsoft account. When you configure 2FA within your StrideLinx Cloud account it is not used when you login with Single Sign-On. However, to keep your account secure, it is recommended to also configure 2FA in your StrideLinx Cloud account. Instructions: Two-factor authentication (2FA).
I don't see any Single Sign-On login buttons. Why is that?
The login buttons Log in with Google and Log in with Microsoft are hidden by default when using a custom domain (URL). Manual configuration is needed to make them work with your custom domain. If you wish to use Single Sign-On, please contact our support team to assist you setting it up.
