Once you've registered your StrideLinx router to the StrideLinx Cloud and connected your Schneider to one of the LAN ports, you're ready to remotely access it.
- Set up a VPN connection to your StrideLinx router.
You can now use GX Works2 or GX Works3 to connect to your Mitsubishi.

GX Works2
- Open GX Works2 and click on Connection Destination in the bottom left.
- At PC side I/F, select the Ethernet Board.
At PLC side I/F, select the PLC Module.
At Other Station Setting, select No Specification. - Double click the Ethernet Board.
- Select protocol TCP and click OK.
- Double click the PLC Module.
- Select PLC mode QCPU(Qmode), enter the Mitsubishi's IP address, and click OK.
- Double click the No Specification.
- Set the Communication Time to 10 sec and Retry Times to 0.
- Connect to your Mitsubishi as you normally do.
GX Works3 (PLC series iQ-F)
- Open GX Works3 and go to Online > Current Connection Destination.
- Select Other Connection Method to open the Specify Connection Destination Connection window.
- At PC side I/F, select the Ethernet Board.
At PLC side I/F, select the PLC Module.
At Other Station Setting, select No Specification. - Double click the PLC Module.
- Select Connection via HUB, enter your Mitsubishi's IP address, do NOT click Find, instead just click OK.
- Double click the No Specification.
- Set the Communication Time to 10 sec and Retry Times to 0.
- Connect to your Mitsubishi as you normally do.
GX Works3 (PLC series iQ-R)
- Open GX Works3 and go to Online > Current Connection Destination.
- Select Other Connection Method to open the Specify Connection Destination Connection window.
- At PC side I/F, select the Ethernet Board.
At PLC side I/F, select the PLC Module.
At Other Station Setting, select No Specification. - Double click the Ethernet Board.
- Select the TAP-Windows Adapter, select protocol TCP, and click OK.
- Double click PLC Module.
- Select Connection via HUB, enter your Mitsubishi's IP address, do NOT click Find, instead just click OK.
- Double click the No Specification.
- Set the Communication Time to 10 sec and Retry Times to 0.
- Connect to your Mitsubishi as you normally do.
- Open GX Works2 and click on Connection Destination in the bottom left.
